Last week I had a fun afternoon of photographing Little Baby Bryce at home down in Ida Grove. Bryce is the son of my good friend Jerrica and her husband Mark. He is so adorable - definitely a keeper! He was just 6 days old when I was there and did great! Here are a few of my favorites....
About a month ago I went down to Ida Grove to meet up with the Parks family for some afternoon photos. Although it was a hot day, we had a great time and managed to capture some great images! The kids had a great time out on the paddle boat with their dad, and even found a huge frog sitting on a rock at the pond. We really got some laughs when it jumped in the water and splashed them! Here are some images from the afternoon...
Baby Pryce was in last week for his newborn photos - what a cutie! Pryce just didn't want to miss anything that was happening, but once we got him to sleep, we got some great images. And he is a Hawkeye fan already!!! Here are a few of my favorites....
Spring was certainly busy in the studio this year, especially with children's portraits! This year was the first year I decided not to do the easter bunny promotion (and my allergies thanked me tremendously!) - so instead I decided to run a spring promotion in May, and it was equally successful! Combined with my regular Newborn Program customers, it was a busy month! Here are a few images from some recent sessions.

Last month I took a trip out to Chicago to visit my good friends Sara & Ivan. Sara and I met in college in Drawing 1 class and she has been one of my best friends ever since! I had not been out to visit them since her baby shower the April before, and since the twins were 8 1/2 months old now, I was definitely due for a visit!!! I had a great time meeting Keaton and Vaughn for the first time, and I of course had to take my camera with me!!! Here are a handful of images from their in home session.
